Hi Dave Sorry to say myself and Tim after much deliberation have decided we can not proceed with our purchase of………. We really do appreciate all your efforts and trying to remain positive at least we have found an honest estate agent and we now know a decent solicitor and surveyor for next time. We will be back in touch again soon and perhaps we can arrange some block viewings in the evening or weekend again like last time.

Sitting down for a cup of tea in our new home and we wanted to message to simple say Thank you, we can’t remember exactly but we think this was the 6th smallholding you showed us all those Sunday’s ago. We are so glad we took you up on your suggestion to use a local conveyancer as their and your knowledge combined was fantastic. We don’t think we would have bought it if it wasn’t for you guys. This was our 1st smallholding (and Ian says last) but as you know we’ve bought and sold lots so yes Thank you so much for guiding us along. Anyway long day now exhausted…. The builders that you recommended are starting next week and you’ll have to come up and see

Just wanted to say thanks for getting us over the line, it’s really appreciated. Nothing was ever too much trouble and you never seem to be closed!
