BJP Residential was formed over 40 years ago by employees on then Halifax
Building Society in Llandeilo which was closing. Sadly since the founding members have passed away however the current owners have been employed since the early days of BJP.

We are your local experts specialising in small holdings for the rural
geographical counties we operate in, traditionally being Carmarthenshire and
Pembrokeshire. In very recent times the housing market has undergone a huge
shift and as such BJP are striving to be at the very forefront to extend its
reach and provide transparent local expertise with best in practice

To this end at the time of launching a brand new website in October 2022 we
have embraced and continually strive to deliver our services within the
increasingly data-driven virtual world whilst maintaining our local hands-on
approach. We have expanded our reach to new offices which are all served by
local experts, between the viewing and appraisal team we have over 120 years
of combined experience. We offer referrals to all services that are associated
with buying and selling homes. We have no fixed-term contacts with only
